To best serve our clients, we often have to travel around the Bay Area and beyond to make court appearances and attend immigration proceedings. As a result, we must maintain a strict office calendar. We understand situations arise that require cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, and we are happy to accommodate when possible. But we cannot guarantee accommodation or refund unless you call our office at least 24 hours before your originally-scheduled appointment.
In order to receive a full refund of your prepaid consultation fee, you must CALL to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you do not call to cancel in advance of your appointment, you will not receive a refund of your consultation fee.
If you send an email requesting cancellation, even if sent more than 24 hour before your appointment, you will not receive a refund of your consultation fee.
If your appointment is on a Monday, the 24 hour cancellation policy still applies, with a modification: if you call over the weekend and leave a voicemail requesting cancellation, you will be eligible to receive a refund.
You may leave the voicemail at anytime on the weekend, even if it is within 24 hours of your appointment (for example - Sunday evening at 6pm for a 10am meeting on the following Monday).
If you call Monday morning to cancel a Monday appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, instead of cancel, you may call or email at any time, and we will attempt to accommodate a rescheduled appointment date and time.
